Meet the Team
Stuart King is an Irish-born writer, filmmaker, and entrepreneur based in Dublin. He made his first short film at age twelve, igniting a lifelong passion for cinema. He studied acting at Dublin's Gaiety School of Acting while gaining experience on productions including Game of Thrones, Evelyn, and Fair City.
As a model with Morgan the Agency since 2003, he represented brands like Coca-Cola, the Irish Defence Forces, and EBS National Bank. King's diverse path includes racing for Ireland at the 2004 World Rowing Championships, serving as a Military Flight Instructor in the Irish Air Corps, and piloting for Aer Lingus. He holds a Master's in Theology from Trinity College Dublin and an honours degree in Business Management and Aeronautical Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology.
Stuart King founded Blue Sky Productions with his friend Francis Cronin, an independent production house focused on bold, original films and TV content that blend cinematic artistry with real-world insight to amplify Irish and international voices.
Francis Cronin served as an Irish Army officer and UN soldier before transitioning to standup comedy, acting, and film production.

He has toured as a standup comedian across the US and Europe with the biggest names and starred in Global action and comedy movies including Guns Up (2025) and Deadlock (2021), He was awarded a scholarship at the prestigious Stella Adler Acting Academy in Hollywood.
As a director, producer, and writer, he has executive produced and co-directed documentaries such as Ascent (with Times Studios) and contributed to various film/TV productions.
Leveraging his creative vision, performance expertise, business experience, and disciplined background, Francis Cronin co-founded Blue Sky Productions with his friend Stuart King to develop and produce innovative, high-impact films, documentaries, and television that amplify authentic voices and push narrative boundaries in Irish and international cinema.
